It was a pleasant stay. The apt was a bit dated but clean. You would expect that from the city. The canal is spectacular. However at the end of the stay we had to clean the kitchen which is really unheard of. Though we only had a few dishes but the request is really a bummer

Apparemment confortable, fonctionnel...je rajouterai des rideaux occultant a la porte et fenêtres de la pièce a vivre, car lumière de la rue.

Nous sommes satisfaits de l’accueil par un personnel très compétent et disponible, ainsi que de la proximité des moyens de communication, notamment au Rialto. Ce fut très facile de récupérer et de ramener les clefs du logement, spacieux, agréable et bien placé. Séjour parfait !

Great location. Easy to get everyplace we wanted. Wonderful apartment. Everything we needed and more. After arriving and checking out the apartment and location, we immediately added another night.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit Küche, bequemen Bett und modernem Badezimmer mitten zwischen Piazza San Marco und Ponte Rialto. Preiswert für Venedigs Verhältnisse.

Sehr netter Service. Wasser im Appartement war die beiden letzten Tage leider kalt. Super zentral gelegen. Allerdings dadurch nachts auch ziemlich laut.

This is the best hotel apartment in Venice. The level of communication and living conditions are 5 stars! We had a group of 11 people. We were divided into three appendices. A separate person accompanied each of them, helping to carry the suitcases of the ladies to the door of the residence. The apartments had everything you needed: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and unlimited self-care products. We only had enough for a week and there are two more left. We were in February. The apartments are very warm. Our group had an early departure. At 3.30 we were ordered a water taxi, which managed to get everyone to Marco Polo Airport in 20 minutes. This is the best service not only in Venice, but also in Europe. I will not only come back here, but I will advise everyone! It's Safe Here! Thank you for all your efforts and worries about us! Venise est exeptionnelle et le lieu est magique. L'accueil en français parfait pour nous qui ne parlons pas l'italien. A recommander. Merci
