Sehr netter Service. Wasser im Appartement war die beiden letzten Tage leider kalt. Super zentral gelegen. Allerdings dadurch nachts auch ziemlich laut.

This is the best hotel apartment in Venice. The level of communication and living conditions are 5 stars! We had a group of 11 people. We were divided into three appendices. A separate person accompanied each of them, helping to carry the suitcases of the ladies to the door of the residence. The apartments had everything you needed: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and unlimited self-care products. We only had enough for a week and there are two more left. We were in February. The apartments are very warm. Our group had an early departure. At 3.30 we were ordered a water taxi, which managed to get everyone to Marco Polo Airport in 20 minutes. This is the best service not only in Venice, but also in Europe. I will not only come back here, but I will advise everyone! It's Safe Here! Thank you for all your efforts and worries about us! Everything was great! The location of our apartment was perfect. It was well equipped and even featured a balcony on a side canal. Paulo was a pleasure to work with.

The flat is beautiful – great location, lovely terrace, very well-equipped kitchen. One small drawback for us, as we were there in winter: it was cold in the flat, especially during the first few days and nights. That made it a little uncomfortable. But apart from that: 10/10 and we would come back anytime and recommend the flat.
